An MSD (Moisture Sensitive Device) dry cabinet provides controlled low-humidity storage for moisture-sensitive electronic components such as IC packages, BGAs, QFPs, PCBs and other MSDs. Dr. Storage offers ultra-low humidity solutions at ≤1%RH and ≤5%RH for different electronic manufacturing and storage requirements. Moisture absorption during storage can increase the risk of package cracking and delamination during reflow.
