FAQ

First, please choose the appropriate box size based on your venue, quantity and size of storage items. Then select the appropriate humidity level according to the storage environment requirements of the item.

Electronic components that are sensitive to humidity usually require an environment of ≦5%RH. If the door is opened up to 3~4 times a day, we would recommend considering using X2B or even F1 models.

If the humidity requirement is ≦10%RH or the door is opened less frequently a day, the A1B model is recommended.
If you want to store electronic products, PCB boards, chemicals (non-volatile), seeds, specimens or items with high humidity requirements, A1B models are also suitable for this application.
These three products all have drying functions, but their applications are quite different.

The dry cabinet is mainly used for normal temperature dehumidification and is mainly equipped with a dehumidification system. Therefore, electronic parts can be kept dry if placed in the cabinet for a long time without causing high-temperature oxidation problems.

The baking dry cabinet is equipped with dehumidification and heating systems. The temperature inside the cabinet can be raised to 40°C or 70°C, and the deep moisture in the electronic parts can be evaporated into the air at a low temperature and then absorbed and eliminated by the dehumidification system. It is especially suitable for use in J-STD-033, the floor life in Table 4-1 application.

The oven is mainly equipped with a heating system, with various temperature options such as 100°C, 200°C and 300°C. It is only suitable for short-term high-temperature baking needs and is not suitable for long-term dry storage to avoid damaging the stored items.

Judging from the drying times of the three products, high-temperature baking in the oven can quickly achieve the drying effect. In terms of thermal damage, dry cabinets do not have the problem of high-temperature oxidation of items. In terms of power saving, dry cabinets consume the least power, followed by baking drying cabinets and finally ovens.

Dr. Storage focuses on the development of industrial market applications, with Europe and the US as its primary sales regions. Therefore, all industrial models are designed with safety, components, and materials that meet the strictest European and American industrial safety standards (such as UL or CE). The products are used in a wide range of fields, including laboratories, aerospace, electronics, pharmaceuticals, research, and 3D applications. We have not only met industrial-grade standards in our dehumidification systems but also invested significant resources in developing sensor and IoT-related technologies. Dr. Storage has been selling in the industrial market for over 33 years and has gained the trust of many leading technology companies, with widespread adoption. Its reliability and stability have been highly recognized.
Of course! We offer tailor-made services and can adjust the size, functional configuration, and internal design of the drying cabinet according to your specific needs. For example, for feeder users, we can provide machines with feeder rack structures and drying functions. Additionally, if you need to further integrate RFID or barcode systems into smart material storage or wafer cabinets, we can design the most suitable storage solution based on your actual transportation methods. Our team is experienced and has worked with many leading technology manufacturers. Feel free to contact us at service@dr-storage.com. We will provide professional recommendations and solutions.
Nitrogen Cabinet is a storage device specially designed to inject nitrogen and other gases for storing items sensitive to oxygen or moisture. It is often used as a drying cabinet to provide a stable low-humidity environment or an oxidation-proof environment and to ensure that the contents inside are protected from moisture. Through nitrogen flow control, the nitrogen cabinet can quickly reduce the humidity inside the cabinet and is an ideal choice for the storage of electronic components (such as PCBs, ICs) and semiconductors.

In addition, nitrogen cabinets are widely used in ESD protection and laboratory storage solutions, providing an anti-static and anti-corrosion storage environment for precision equipment and optical equipment. Its design combines humidity control and air-tightness to ensure the internal environment is stable and free from external interference.
In industrial and clean room environments, nitrogen cabinets are considered indispensable equipment, providing the flexibility of long-term component storage and adjustable nitrogen flow.

Whether it is moisture-proof or anti-oxidation applications, nitrogen cabinets can meet diverse needs, and Dr. Storage’s smart energy-saving nitrogen cabinet is a product with energy-saving management and control. In addition to the above effects, it can also automatically adjust humidity, only in Nitrogen is released only when the humidity exceeds the set value to achieve more precise humidity control. It is a reliable and efficient solution in the electronics, optics and semiconductor industries.
