How to use Baking dry cabinet to reset floor life?
Stable <5%RH and 40℃ to speed up the evaporation rate of moisture from the components and to reset the FLOOR LIFE of components. Also come with double wall structure to ensure stable 40℃ inside the cabinet.
According to J-STD-033B.1, Table 4-1, using T40W series cabinet is able to reset the floor life of a component. Using T40W series is also able to prevent destruction and oxidation of component from heating. Compare to traditional high temperature oven, baking dry cabinet has become the mainstream equipment in baking components. When the heating function is turned off on the baking dry cabinet, it becomes a dry cabinet with ultra-low humidity. Moisture will not re-enter the component, it can be stored in the cabinet indefinitely.
|1.||Heaters and dehumidifiers work at the same time to increase the rate of moisture evaporation from the components. Dehumidifying rate is 2 times the rate of normal temperature dry cabinet.|
|2.||When heaters are turned off, dehumidifiers continue to work, keeping the humidity at ultra-low <5%RH, preventing moistures from re-entering the components.|
